CUSTOMER CARE

Items purchased on the website are to be picked up from the school office or sent home with pupils.  If items are not available after purchasing on the website, you will be informed by FOHS and refunded.

All items are pre-loved and sold at the prices stated on the website.  If you are unhappy with an item, please return it to school, email FOHS@heathcoteschool.co.uk, who will process a refund as soon as possible.

Please remember that the FOHS pre-loved uniform shop is run by volunteer parents; if you have any questions or concerns, or feedback on the website, please email FOHS@heathcoteschool.co.uk.who will respond as soon as possible.
